Here's a drink you can try that I love...
1 tablespoon raw chocolate powder
1 tablespoon raw maca root powder
1.5 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 teaspoon of your favorite tea leaves (i like either yerba mate or jasmine oolong)
1 handful of raw cashews
1 small palmful of raw or roasted (unsalted) almonds
1 teaspoon coconut butter
1 very small pinch of celtic sea salt - tiny!
4 cups of cold purified water
blend it real good and serve chilled, like chocolate milk!
I also enjoy using about 1 large handful of raw cashews to 1 cup of water and blending it thoroughly - use that to substitute milk or cream in various cooked recipes (cream sauces, creamed spinach, chowders, etc)
